[ OOC: sorry for the shortness ;; ]

Oddly, Mistral stopped balancing on one foot, calming down. She saw a strangely familiar creature, with scaly skin. However, it occurred to her that she had seen it someplace else...just she could specify yet. A smile plastered on her face.

"Ooh! Look! A kitty!" she laughed with delight, walking over without much of an idea what was going on.

I surfaced after a moment with a huge gasp, and looked around wildly. "That lizard tried to come after me." I said, pointing towards the Komodo dragon as I backed slowly away from it, easing out of the spring, trying to keep as much distance between me and it as possible as I moved back around, trying to get to the lodge...

I looked over 'Robert,' and my jaw dropped. I remained silent, and blinked like 4 times without saying a word. "Robert, is that... you?" I asked, now backing away. This person could have taken Robert hostage! Yeah, that must be it! At least, I hoped so.

I rose up, David's words distracting me from the reptile. "What do you mean? Of course I'm me." I said, shoving him lightly. It wasn't really an agressive gesture, I was just trying to get him back to his senses. Of course, it hadn't occured to me what a shove could do when the ground around us was filled with springs.

The shove sent me back a bit, towards a spring. I just barely stopped myself from falling in, but when I went to take a step forward, the mud I was standing in made it so there was less friction, and my feet slipped out from underneath me, me landing in a spring with a splash. After being submerged for a few seconds, I finally swam back to the surface, gasping for air. 'What was that for!?"

I looked over to the being approaching me, but I stayed silent. I was still in shock over my apparent scaley skin, but I did not do anything yet. I wondered how she was mistaking me for a kitty, but I didn't really mind that much. I swished my tail, glancing at it, recognising myself as a Komodo Dragon

I looked in shock as I saw a white haired girl rise to the surface. "D-d-David?" I asked, completely stunned. "How, how did you do that?" I asked, and then noticed that the girl had a cat-like tail, a dark blue color, and white cat ears tipped with the same blue.

"How did I do what?" I asked as I grabbed onto the soil on the edge of the spring, and pulled myself up, setting my body down in the mud. "I don't know what you're talking about, but either you aren't Robert, or you're now a girl somehow!"

I didn't speak. Truth was, I couldn't speak, even if I wanted to. I shook my head, and grabbed David's head, turning it to face the spring, where both of our reflections were clearly visible in the calming water. After a few moments of staring, I fell backwards, landing on the grass, having fainted.

I gulped as I saw my reflection in the spring, though most of my underside was covered in mud now, it was what I thought it was. What was I again? I couldn't figure it out! I got the girl part, but what was with the ears and the tail? All I wanted to do was cry...

I walked over to the girl identified as Robert, watching her for a moment, before just walking off. I didn't like being so low slung, but i had no choice. I felt a low growl coming from my throat, wandering into the shadows of several trees. I moved into a large burrow, curling up withen. I was still annoyed for some reason...

"Wait," I said, thinking. "Rachel?" I asked, running after the lizard as it moved, and soon catching up with it. It had finally clicked that it might be rachel in that lizard, if what I saw happen to david and myself was any example. As long as I didn't look down, I thought that I could deal with the shock until it was safe.

"I must be dreaming... that's it!" I said to myself before pulling the tail, but found it hurt me a lot. "Or maybe it isn't..."
I looked over the form I had taken. I was decently tall, not as tall as I was before, but about 5'6". I was extremely skinny, and wondered if this form had an eating disorder or something. Aside from that, I had white hair, and a pair of strange ears and a tail, which was what creeped me out the most. "Robert, do you have any clue what i am?"

"Err, actually, yes." I said, looking at her. You saw it all the time in anime, though where the trend started, I had no idea. "Frankly, you look like a catgirl." I Explained, though I was still focused on the burrow rachel had gone into.

"I thought you might say that..." I sighed sadly as my head dropped forward so I was staring at the ground. "ANy idea what happened at least? I don't think my mom will like this..." I said as I stuck my hand behind my hair to feel if there were ears there, but it wasnt so. FOllowing this, my ears twitched when they picked up the sound of a bird in the distance.

"Maybe, but I'm sure your sister will think you're cuter like this." I said, chuckling, though my eyes were still focused on the cave. Her words had got me to think about how my life might turn out from here on..

I retreated further, realising that the animal instincts were in high control. The burrow was large enough to the point where he would get in if he was laying down, but I didn't think he'd want to risk his life aginst a Komodo dragon. I hissed loudly, turning in my burrow to face the intruder. I didn't know what was wrong with me, but I remembered hearing from a friend that I was much like a lizard, maybe the form had sent me overboard....

"Rachel?" I asked, confused, but not backing away. "Is that you?" I asked. I couldn't go back without her if it really was rachel, as I suspected. "David, can you get me some hot water? Slightly below boiling. I might have to scald her out, I just hope not." I said to david, so quietly that there was no way that she could have heard me...

Despite his attempts to be quiet, I heard, and charged so that I was half-way out of the burrow, mouth open in a threatening display. My tail thrashed , still inside the burrow, and I growled loudly, making a clear statement even to them: Back AWAY! I would not hesitate to bite if they stayed any longer.

I couldn't tell that he was whispering, because my hearing had become extremely sensitive. If he was yelling, I would've gone deaf right there and then. "I'm going..." I said softly as I went inside, and came out again 5 minutes later, handing her a pot of hot water.
