"Robert!" I called, even though it still seemed he couldn't understand me. "He's back to normal," I thought to myself, "but why aren't I?" David was the least of my worries for now. I just wanted to return to normal.

I quickly went back into the kitchen on a suspicion. I came back into the rom, with a glass of warm water, and a glass of cold water. "Here," I said, dumping the warm water on her. Sure enough, I saw the change take place. "I wonder if," I said, pouring the cold glass over my head. "ACK! This stuff is cold too! We must have like, a one gallon water heater or something!" I said in my higher pitched voice, expecting the water to be warm.

I could feel the burrow getting colder and colder, and I curled up. I couldn't shiver, and I was losing heat pretty quickly. It was like this for a while, until finally, my eyes clouded over, and I stopped moving, having gone into a cold-induced topor. How long I could live now was uncertain. But the weather wasn't likely to improve at all.

I perked up, realising that I was back to normal, before something caught my eye. Robert. I stared at him... I mean, her, for a while, with a blank expression on my face. Suddenly, I fell over, laughing uncontrollably like a hyperactive monkey. I couldn't help myself, it was so hilarious.

(OOC: Shiney has my permission to powerplay Aura in a while, 'kk?)

"Err," I said, blushing. I saw outside that it was raining, and getting colder every minute. "I can't go out like this." I said, and went up to change into my only remaining outfit. I had to go out and find rachel. If she hadn't gotten back yet... That's when it occured to me. She might be the dragon after all! I moved out, and made my way to the hollow, knowing a reptile would be freezing by this time, and I wouldn't be much better if I didn't get dry soon...

I was still sleeping, and was unaware of any of this. I just wanted to sleep for some reason. The way I slept wad weird too, considering I had curled up on the ground and was making a sound almost like purring.

(OOC: Four sentences, David. =P)

"Where are you going?" I asked Robert. "...Is that dragon really Rachel?" I continued, dumbfounded. I decided to look around a bit, when I came across the catgirl. "She's sleeping," I thought to myself, "I'd better not bother her."

Ididn't respond. I was already outside, and on my way to the hollow. As I reached it, I instantly crawled in, looking for Rachel. I knew she wouldn't be a threat now, I just had to get her inside before it was too late...

I was blank to the outside world, my breathing becoming slower and slower. There was no further hope in my reptile mind. I was going to die out here. I couldn't see or sence Robert come into the hollow, but at this point I probably would be rather easy to drag out. I was quickly freezing to death and probably would die in minutes.

I sat myself on the ground next to the girl, ignoring the coldness. "Hey," I said quietly, in an attempt to wake her up. I wanted someone to talk with. "Is that you, David?" I asked. By now, I was virtually frozen, but that didn't bother me.

My ears twitched again as I heard my name, waking me up. "Yeah, it's me." I replied as I sat up, pawing my face for some reason. "Can I help you?" I asked, my tail flying back and forth in the cold.

I moved out, slowly hefting the giant lizard with me. I could barely walk with her on my back, before I managed to reach the lodge, and brought her to my bed. I set her down under the sleeping bag, and came back with a little hot water, pouring it on her. I knew she was likely to be hypothermic, but I wouldn't be much better, unless I did something soon about being soaking wet. I groaned, as I came to a startling realization. Even if I changed, all of my clothes were still soaked from the storm...

I came back a few minutes later, grumbling darkly. I was wearing a faded pink shirt with a dull yellow flower on it, and a pair of pants of only a slightly paler shade of pink."I'm going to kill Aura once we get home..." I said as I enterred to check on rachel, mainly to see if she had woken up yet.

my clothes were back, and dry for some strange reason. Probably because my scales had dried off. but I still was frozen, and unconcous, the blood out of my limbs and all in my core for just surviving and doing nothing else. I didn't seem to be losing any more heat, which was the only good sign about all this..

"I was just a bit bored," I said, "that's all." I walked out of the room and froze solid, noticing the outfit that Robert was wearing. I couldn't hold it back any longer. I fell over, laughing as if my lungs were being decontaminated. I was literally rolling around on the floor, laughing. I could tell that she was getting annoyed, but I didn't care. It was just such a crackup.

I sat down next to her, and placed my hands to her wrist. I was worried, but I couldn't lose my cool now. I had to think! What did I know about hypothermia? I had to keep her warm, above all else. I moved the large sleeping bag under her gently, and then almost as an afterhtough, I slipped in myself to provide extra body heat. I zipped up the sleeping bag after I got in. I was only doing this to keep her warm. That's what I was telling myself, even though it was false...

Only now realising that Rachel was sick, the laughter came to a halt, and I sat myself just behind her head. "Are you alright?" I asked, concerned. I knew that she wasn't, but I felt the need to ask anyway. I, too, was very cold at this point. "It's... g-getting a lit-ttle c-c-chilly in h--" I began asking with a stutter, before fainting.

"Uhh... what the hell are you doing ? Or wearing for that matter." I commented after walking into the room, my trail swaying back and forth. "You look like a Barbie ****it!" I laughed, unable to hold it anymore.

I had come around slightly at Robert laying next to me, but I was still frozen stiff. I was in severe hypothermia, and still at risk. I'd probably be out for a while. A long while. Probably for the entire night, if I was lucky. I'd need all the recovery time I could get, it was possible the cold had caused me to lose brain cells...

I was awoken by David's laughter. Still freezing, I dragged myself over to the wall, and cranked up the heat on the thermostat. I relaxed as warmth started the blanket the room. I couldn't stand hot, but I couldn't stand cold either. Then, my stomach began to rumble. "Urg... I'm hungry," I growled, getting up on my feet. I was still a bit drowsy, but I managed to keep my balance. I stood over Rachel, wondering if she was getting warmer. "I'm hungry," I repeated, nudging Robert, "We should make something nice and warm for Rachel too."

At her touch, I finally rose. I stood at my tallest height, which wasn't much in this form, and glowered at Aura. "Bad enough that I have to wear this," I began, advancing on her. "But Rachel is in severe hypothermia. She needs warmth. You know where the food is, I'll make sure she gets something when she can eat." I said, before shutting the door on them, and returning to rachel's side.

OOC: Is it allright with everyone if we go forward to tomorrow morning?
