A long, long time ago, I started this thread on PC regarding World Peace, here is a stupid poem to accompany my thoughts. xD
?Just a Fantasy?
World peace is all but a reality.
Be true to yourself, say it?s a fantasy.
For in your mind you know it?ll never happen,
From the start, this was our condemnation.
Peace will never occur during our generation,
Maybe the next millennia, we?ll gain salvation?
But truthfully, I must say ?
The thought of world peace fills me up with dismay.
For human nature is filled with such greed,
Only thinking about their own countries? needs,
Not giving it another thought,
Of the pain and sadness it may cause.
But in the end, one comes to the conclusion,
That really ? there?s no solution.
We?ll just have to live like this till the end of our days
Living and breathing, through a world full of haze.
Distrust and skepticism will always exist ?
World leaders try to please all of humanity,
But truthfully, I must say ?
Give it up, that?s just a fantasy.
