i am completing white two to help finnish off my living pokedex, i just got regirock and regice but require registeel. are the keys still tradeble via wifi? and if so does anyone have one i can swap my ice key for
No, the keys can't be traded via wi-fi (plus it doesn't help that 5th Gen wi-fi is nonexistent anyway). They can only be traded locally so you'll basically need a second DS/3DS or another player who's playing the opposite version.
