kangaskhan error in printing?

Hi all,

attached are photos of the front and back of a card i have.
The card looks and feels legit but the printing on the back is so bizarre i dont know what to make of it. Anyone help?

Looks like a simple miscut. Not really any value added, mostly value lost because most people don't want to collect miscuts. I think they're neat collection pieces, but I personally wouldn't want to pay for one because people will question the authenticity for that reason alone despite that being the only thing off compared to a non-miscut version of the card.

I actually do have a few miscuts from various sets that I've pulled from boosters over the years.
