I went through Johto/E4 with
Typhlosion
Dragonair
Honchkrow
Gallade
Sceptile
Politoed

Now, I wanna add a Jolteon to my team :D
I was thinking of using a Ludicolo and taking out Politoed and Sceptile and adding Jolteon to the Empty Slot, But i wanna use a Milotic too! :S Help!

I'd keep the Dragonair Typhlosion and Sceptile, replace the politoed with the milotic, and Replacing the Honchkrow with Jolteon, and forget about the Ludicolo. That way you wouldn't be weak against flying types, and you would still be able to keep all your HMs if you evolve dragonair.

So I'll fly with dragonite (dragonairs 5 levels away from evolving anyway)? But how would I deal with psychic pokemon??

If you get battle points you can teach jolteon signal beam, that would be ok against psychic pokémon.
