4th Gen Kanto Team

So, you start your adventure in Johto and you create a team to beat that part of the game. I did that. However, I created a totally new team to Kanto and now I don't have a good spot to train it |:
I have a Roselia, Houndoom, Aerodactyl, Poliwhirl, Luxray and Dragonair. They are all at level 30, except Dragonair, currently at 42.
Can you give me some good ideas in order to train my Pokémon? :/

Rematches with people is your best bet, via the phone (here's a list of when you can call people to have rematches). Either that or grinding on Pokemon in Victory Road or the like. You can also get an Exp Share from Mr Pokemon by trading the Red Scale for it.
