    Yo, nice piccus.
I especially like how you captured the picture of the spider web up close. Gawd, it looks like those droplets are floating.

    Timing much for the lightning-bolt?

And one more thing, WTB that tree.

Thanks, there were all taken about a year ago, my camera has since broke/disappeared. but it is a kodak easy share c533 5MP. what do you mean "WTB"

Those are some really nice photos you've taken, and I'm supposed to know, since I go to a hing school of visual arts. You seem to have (had) a pretty normal camera, not any wonder-maker, but those pictures have wonderful colours and great settings. And that drawing of yours, it's really good too. You just need a bit more training and you'll be a real pro :D well, almost!

But ahhh, those colours and lights.... And I'd take that black-and-white one on my wall anytime.

    Woah nice stuff.
I think your best is the sun setting behind the dust.
It looks amazing when you compare the size of the light source to the trees down the bottom.
    Beautiful photos!

Agreed. That sunset through the dust one is spectacular.

A bit of color enhancement on these photos in general, and you'd have some serious art here. I may tweak some in PIX3 when I get home from vacation, for your consideration, if I find the time and a decent tutorial.

thanks guys, guess what, i found my camera, so now all i need is a memory card.

The only thing i did, and the only thing i usually do is play with the exposure. in case you are wondering, i took a photography class in high school.

    Kansas

Well I am now in Kansas, so I will be getting more weather pictures, which is the reason I am posting

On June 6, 2008, a deadly tornado struck the small town of Chapmen. The tornado cause over 40 million dollars in damage, killed one, damaged 60% of the town, and completely destroyed 40% of it.

I drove through it yesterday to see some of the damage, it is unreal. I only got a couple of pictures with my camera phone, but I will go back once I figure out were I put my real camera.

Well I bought a new memory card and that is what the problem with my camera was. The old one was no good. I didn't think they could go bad, *shrugs* oh well. I lost the cable to my camera, so I had to go and buy a memory card reader today. Here is some shots form here in Kansas. It is so pretty here.

These are just some shots of a bunch of trees sounding a river. This mini forest is only about a hundred feet wide. More shots to come soon. Enjoy!

Fireworks form the "Purple Power Play" in Manhattan, Kansas. 8/2/08.

I took over a hundred photos, and these are the best ones. It is really hard to take photos of Fireworks, because of the low light, and the timing has to be perfect.

Bad focus, and not enough customization of the shot, unless you're simply not taking advantage of it at all. I have a feeling you just have a low level camera.
