dude, do you know what UT means? :\ it means that you catch it and stick it straight in a box and don't train it or anything.... it's quite unlikely that you caught a Chatot at that lvl, and if you traded it or got it on GTS it still doesn't make it UT i'm afraid :)
Sounds abit dodgy, i suggest you offer somethin else :-)
