16 Trainers, 8 Teams, 1 Winn 2 Winners!​

Welcome all, to Kev's Ultimate Tag Team Tournament! This tournament is unlike any you've ever seen before (maybe), it will hopefully present itself as a challenge in both the battling and the insanity of trying to survive a whole tournament with another PC member.

Let's start with the rules, as they are something no tournament can do without. I'm not too familiar with battle clauses, so bare with me if I don't get them quite right.

OHKO Clause
Self-KO Clause
Species Clause
Hax Items Clause
Evasion/Accuracy Clause

Sleep – You cannot put two of your opponent's Pokémon asleep at the same time. Therefore, no attacks that put both opposing Pokémon to sleep at the same time are allowed.

OHKO (One-Hit KO) – No OHKO moves, such as Fissure and Sheer Cold, may be used.

Self-KO – The moves Selfdestruct, Explosion, Perish Song, Destiny Bond, or any other such moves may not be used at all! All battles are double battles, therefore Self-KO moves are prohibited. Also, you're not allowed to attack your partners Pokémon.

Species – No two of the same Pokémon may be used on one team.

Hax Items – No items that require luck, such as Lax Incense, King's Rock, Brightpowder, Razor Claw, etc, may be held by any of your Pokémon.

Evasion/Accuracy - No use of moves that alter the ability to hit with attacks, such as Flash, Double Team and Sand-Attack. Acupressure and Metronome are allowed.

Other Rules
All battles will be held over Wi-Fi, Shoddy Battle is not allowed!

Any Pokémon from OU, BL or UU may be used. If you feel that you can beat a team of OU Pokémon with your team of UU Pokémon, go ahead.

Big Rule!
You and your partner must defeat both members of the opposing team to win that round. If each team wins one battle, a deciding match will take place between the losers of the previous matches.

All battles are two on two and must be fought with two Pokémon on each side. So; choose your partner, pick your Pokémon and enter Kev's Ultimate Tag Team Tournament!

The reason you've never seen me before is because I suck at finishing Pokemon Games. So, until I've finished Diamond I can't exactly start battling competitivly.
I have tried Shoddy, but I also suck at EV's and Movesets. =/

Well, seeing as it's impossible for 4 people to battle over Wifi all at once. Then, no...

You both have 6 Pokemon and you must both battle one member of the opposing team.

Still seeing about a partner. Either way, you should shrink it to 8 teams for your first tournament. :) If it runs nice and smoothly this time around, you can increase entries next time. Believe me, as a tourney coordinator it takes a really long time for every user who enters the competition to actually get their battles done (wifi can be complicated what with people having school, work, restricted gameplay time. Bleh. Conflicts. :P)
