In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, the Key System had three purposes:
Certain Keys can only be unlocked in a certain game and to get all of them in one game would require exchanging Keys with another save file of Black 2 or White 2.
What did you think of the Key System, and how much did you use it? I kind of wish the difficulty settings were all available by default, as I'm now stuck on Normal Mode for my current playthrough of Black 2 having traded in my White 2 copy years ago. I've previously been able to catch all of the Regis via the Key System on my old Black 2 save file.
- To change the difficulty of the game between Easy, Normal and Challenge
- To swap Black City and White Forest with each other
- To encounter the three different members of the Regi Trio in the Underground Ruins
