From what I have seen you have two modes on KH 2.
One where Sora has 1 Keyblade.
Another where Sora has two Keyblades.

That page has some trailers of KH2. The one that says "Hi-Quality Kingdom Hearts 2 Trailer" is a movie that shows Sora with both modes.

Let me explain how pre-orders work for you. You buy the game before it comes out, and once it comes out, you get it- you don't actually get the game early. So sorry, but there isn't 'one number 2 out early'
Why do people do this you ask? So they make sure they have their copy when it comes out.
