    Well, it was created for a GBA game and they weren't exactly the pinnacle of great controls or graphics. :P I think it was an excellent battle system for what they had to work with, especially somewhat early in the GBA's lifetime. It is kind of the odd one out when you look at it now, and I still think releasing Re:COM was kind of dumb (though I'm not complaining because eeee pretty) since the system didn't work at ALL on the PS2 but... oh well.

    /absolutely avoiding any screenshots or plot spoilers from 3D right now since her copy has shipped <3;;
