I'm replaying it after beating Kingdom Hearts 2, and I was wondering what different decks you guys made. I just beat Riku and Larxene 2 and I'm at the Castle Oblivion Level trying to find a Blue =1 card. I'm using a high level attack card deck, a high level magic card deck, and a sleight based deck, that I don't feel like posting. I looked on some cheat sites, but all they had were these crazy beat the game and spend forever playing to get cards decks....

o_o I just cram a bunch of 8s and 9s into my deck. I rarely use magic cards other than Simba, Cloud and Cure. And then I usually have a few Potions, Hi-Potions and Ethers.

    I'm too lazy to refine a deck to perfection, so I just cram my best cards into one. XD;

Correcton. I am now at the semi-final Marluxia battle, but I don't stand a chance...

Been forever since I played KH: CoM.

But I got two decks that I use.

    MainDeck
    Keyblade:
    Two 9s, one 8, three 7s, one 6, three 5s, two 4s, one 0.
    Three Wishes:
    One 9 , one 8, one 7, one 6, one 4.
    Olympia:
    One 7.
    Lionheart:
    One 7, one 3, one 2.
    Blizzard:
    One 8, one 1.
    Fire:
    One 7, one 5.
    Lightning:
    One 9, two 7.
    Cure:
    One 6, one 3, one 8.
    Megalixir:
    One 5.
    Other:
One Marluxia, one Neoshadow, one Larxene.

    BossDeck
It has 15 Cloud cards (mixed numbers so I can add three cards together without having them broken), 9 Lightning cards, 5 Cures, 1 One-Winged Angel, 1 Oblivion, 2 Oathkeeper and a Lionheart, 2 Elixir, 1 Megalixir, 1 Mega-Ether, Marluxia and Riku.

Both are to my liking. I use the Main one when I'm playing. And I use the Boss when I'm bored or when I battle a boss (BossDeck has never been beaten).

    ...

    I hated that battle so, so much. o_o I failed at it so many times, hence why my beating the game was delayed by roughly a year and a half. *spent all that time stuck at him there* x__X;

Hope that doesn't happen to me. I guess my best bet would be to level up some more and get some new cards/ enemy cards.

I just started a new game a couple of days ago and I'm on the 8th floor now. My current deck is (the numbers in parentheses are the numbers of the cards):

    Attack cards
    Wishing star (7)
    Pumpkinhead (6)
    Three wishes (6)
    Divine rose (8)
    Pumpkinhead (7)
    Three wishes (7)
    Lady luck (9)
    Pumpkinhead (6)
    Three wishes (6)
    Lady luck (7)
    Pumpkinhead (7)
    Olympia (6)
    Lady luck (6)
    Lion heart (6)
    Olympia (7)
    Divine rose (5)
    Pumpkinhead (8)
    Olympia (6)

    Magic cards
    Cure (7)
    Cure (6)
    Fire (7)
    Fire (8)
    Fire (8)
    Thunder (2)
    Thunder (5)
    Thunder (7)
    Cloud (4)
    Cloud (4)
    Cloud (6)
    Gravity (4)
    Aero (6)
Note: Gravity and Aero are there so I can use Tornado.

    Item cards
    Hi-potion (5)

    Enemy cards
    Wyvern
    Shadow
    Barrel spider
    Tornado step
    Card soldier
    Jafar

I need more Divine roses and better thrust cards. <.<
You might wonder how I can have such a big deck on the 8th floor, but the reason is very simple: I'm level 43 and I haven't raised my HP one single time.

I'm level 99, and my deck is absolutley stacked with 7s, 8s, and 9s. I do have two slieghts in there somewhere... Tornado, Aqua Splash and Mega Flare. I only have one Ultima Weapon card worthy of use - it's an eight. All the other ones have pissy values like 3 and 4.

I only bother to use one magic card properly - Cure cards. I have 5 of them. Plus 3 elixers equipped makes for cheap healing in tight spots. We all have our bad days, hm?

    My enemy cards are:
Soldier (It's a better combo... who could resist?)
    Wight Night (Jumping is Fun!)
Riku (I need those cure cards dammit!)
Neo Shadow (A cheap poison for cheap enemies. **** Neo-Shadows.
Card Soldier (The fast attacking power is super for low CP cost cards like Olympia)
Black Fungus (Every deck must have variety! it's pretty bad when you get an effect like "All Zeros". Thats when i pull my Soldier card out...)
