Some pretty good sprites here most of them just need a smoother outline and that will make them look just fine.

Now Im going to focus most of my cc on this one sprite I have quoted up here. One of my favorite concepts you have here. Unfortunatley shading is very off. There seem to be a huge problem with lighting and shading. Picture this in your mind when creating pokemon sprites. There is a sun and it is placed in the top left hand corner of the screen. The sun shines the light down and the limbs/body/etc that is close to the sun has is brighter. Because it is closer to the sun. The limbs farther away from the sun are darker because less light shines through. Now I made an edit if you dont understand all this mumbo jumbo Im writing so you can at least use my edits as a reference to fix up your sprite.

I like these! The designs are good and your outlines are smooth, but work on your shading. You've got the highlight going along the edge of the sprite, which results in it looking flat and 2-d. Try to study the shading on HGSS sprites. (I find it helps to put them next to whatever I'm working on on the canvas.)

Also, you could do with using brighter colors; your sprites at the moment are kind of dull and nondescript.

This latest one is an interesting design, but it looks very.... flat to me. It needs more dimension to it. Some more shading and the illusion of fur should do the trick.

I really like this one.

It's not easy making a fish look interesting, but this one is. The large fin has nice colors and shading. Actually, the whole sprite has a pleasing palette. The sky blue/icy blue color gives it a gentle feel and the gold stripes keep it from looking too plain. I think the outline on the highlighted side could be lightened around the face since it feels a little dark to me. The eye is also a little bit hard to make out since it's no wider than the stripe it's over and the stripe outline is a little dark and makes that whole area just a tad cluttered.

It's good in terms of lineart but not perfect. It isn't facing towards the player which could be a problem if used in a game. Also the shading's a bit off. The light source is different from the official pokemon games.
