Coolio! I've been wanting a new avatar for a while, just look how nerdy my current one is!

Size: 100 by 100

Color Scheme: Not really sure what I want, can you surprise me?

Effects: Ooh do you know how to make the text like flash a color? Like, it'll be all normal and then color will come by each letter. Geez i'm not sure how to explain it...*leaves to find example* this is difficult trying to find one that doesn't sound depressing.
Ah here's one (oh my, i'm sounding conversational, aren't i?)

Like the text in that little bugger, and you make the words 'ice cream' flash like that? A light blue color if possible.
uhh am i supposed to request who makes it? I would like Koneko to make this please?

I don't think Kay-chan knows how to make that. I can make animations though. I think I'll do this request, but I've never tried that kind of animation before. xD;
