    Where are they at i need specific directions
     
    You have to check at the weather institute. Talk to the guy on the second floor and he'll say something about heavy rain in -enter area-. This is where you will find Kyogre. Don't take your sweet time getting there though, it moves around! When you catch Kyogre go back to the weather institute, talk to the same man and he'll tell you that there is a drought in -enter area-. You will find Groudon here. Again, get there as quick as possible.

    SAVE YOUR GAME BEFORE YOU CHALLENGE EACH OF THE POKEMON! If you kill them you will NEVER be able to catch them again! They'll be gone forever!
