Nature,IVs,EVs,moveset?Item?

Like I said, it's a high-bid poke, as far as i know you're not allowed to clone it.
 
It has a Brave Nature, Holding Sacred Ash, UT and the Moveset are Recover, Fire Blast, Sunny Day and Swift and the IVs are


HP: 20
Attack: 23
Defense: 5
Sp. Atk: 0
Sp. Def: 18
Speed: 3

How do you calculate iv's? Is there any type of calculater? What about iv training.

Zapdos: 31/26/30/22/7/18
Articuno: 28/31/2/3/2/19
Registeel: 16/24/23/15/18/31
Kyogre: 31/31/12/16/26/15

Yes, they're the right IVs.I took it on wi-fi battle to do a proper IV calculation.
