No...no...no. It's illegal for people over 18 to have sex with minors under 18. But if the minor raped the 18+ year old, then the minor would get in trouble and not the 18+ year old. So that way minors won't be able to get off for raping 18+ year olds and claim the 18+ year old offered the sex.
