I read in a Faq that to get the soul dew, it was held by wild Lati@s. But on serebii it says that their held item is nothing... So how would I obtain the soul dew?

If the player uses the Eon Ticket item in Pokémon Ruby or Sapphire (I think it was these two games and maybe Emerald too) they are able to travel to Southern Island, where a Lati@s holding a Soul Dew will appear.

Asking someone to whom Nintendo gave one. I was one of them and gave all my friends one.

and do that by mixing records with friends

Mix record with someone that has the eon ticket in either ruby or sapphire, and the data will be transfered to emerald, so you would be able to catch the other lati that holds the soul dew.
