Are you still looking for one? I have a Timid one made for SubCM. It has 252 HP/252 Spe/6 Def. The IVs are 31 HP/x Atk/10 Def/31 Sp Atk/17 Sp Def/30 Spe. I made an educated guess at the Defense and Special Defense IVs as I'm too lazy to fetch my DS and see what they really are.
