It has maxed HP, so 31 IVs and 252 EVs there. I'm not sure about the other EVs though, because it was traded to me. It is somewhat vain, so it has 31 IVs in Special Defense as well.

hey um i have a shiny vulpix timid natured...but it's lvl 8 idk if it was EV trained or not... but i'm interested in your shiny modest charizard, shiny adamant tyranitar and shiny adamant heracross... but mostly in the shiny modest charizard and shiny adamant tyranitar. i can offer you a surfchu, WISHMKR jirachi, shiny smeargle, shiny swampert lvl 59 (dunno if it's EV'd either) and the shiny vulpix... tell me if you have something else in mind
