The layout looks nice so far, but it looks a little small. Are you planning to leave it that way, or make it able to expand?

The design is fairly manly, but the word "STAWMD" would be better in a different font, eg. that used for "DIAMOND", "RUBY", etc. I also feel that the lime green is too hard on the eye; a more muted colour would assist usability.

I'm curious as to how you plan to expand that. :s

Mmm, it is a very straight forward design which is good and will allow users to not be confused by any navigation, but it's not very pleasing to the eye. Another problem is that, in order to use that design, you are going to have to use iFrames. Using iFrames isn't always a good route, because it doesn't show up well in many browsers or search engines. That could give your audience some trouble, which in turn will not make them want to stay at your site.

There is no need for iFrames if the original poster is able to make a vertically repeating grass background for the central area.

That's what I was talking about in my last post - I don't see how this could be done, judging by the layout.

You'd be surprised at what you can tile. Yes, it can be done, if you judge the height of the tile carefully.
