I checked myself a while ago and both download links both work on my end as of 9/5

maybe there was a site problem on your end thru your internet provider. try restarting/rebooting your PCs and mobile devices, clear/delete the internet/browser cache and try again the next day or on a later date
 
I can confirm both links are up and running now so you might've been right that it may been an issue on my end. Spectrum has been doing some maintenance these past several weeks but one time, they did something stupid and caused us to lose service as well as a faulty plug which caused it to go out. The plug was trashed and they did the rest and we've not had problems since then.
 
Could you update your hack with the latest Yellow Legacy 1.0.10?
