from my exp premier ball works better on legends that's why i caught my 3 legend birds groudon with it (i got premier ball from ruby) so i'll say its 35% on catching legends, great ball and ultra ball r different depends on what pkmn u uses on like legends i think it will take away 20% (by the way poke ball sometimes will have more shakes than ultra ball at legends above 60 but won't catch it but u can catch regis or latias or latios or 3 legend birds) health and status r also VERY important i think make enemie into red health adds 5% and status adds by 5% as well from my exp(on legends only!) ( if u want to know on wild pkmn i'll check it 4 u,PM me ONLY)
 
Wow, I didn't expect anyone suggesting a Premier Ball...
And its' 35% affectable on catching legendaries?
And then 45% when their status is changed and they're in the red health?
I'm not trying to be rude, just cautious and not gullible.
Can anyone back this statement up?
 
well its from my exp u don't have to beleive it if u don't want to

the best do to is start with a sporeloom. Use spore, then switch 2 a mean look+bper (umbreon), then first mean look and then bp to mrmie with hypnosis+soundproof. Entei/raikou/suicune cant run away and cant roar. With hypnosis they cant run out of pp, or youll be very unlucky. Bring his hp down to 1 before you do this svp. So first time you met one of them use falseswipe or what, maybe with a breloom? when its hp is 1 then change. It doenst matter if it escapes. When its at 1 hp do what i said and then keep throwing ultraballs, timerballs of whatever u like. I had it in a half hour. (doesnt include the training work and breeding work for this :S);p
