I honestly doubt it's been released outside of Japan yet =/

It is fake. As of now not even Japan has the event started yet si ts very doubtful that the kid has it in English.

I think it's done on his computer, It may be a hack because in the backround i can here clicks, Or he just used a action replay, very easy to do. If there was a special pichu released i'm sure everyone would know about it...

Methinks that event and all was hacked, really - considering it's not out in Japan, then it can't possibly be out in english.
