That Lulu is still alive and he was the driver of that cart and here are my ways to back that.
A.When Nunnaly touched Lulu's hand she saw memories. That has happened like 3 time before,
1.C.C messing Suzu back in season 1.
2.Lulu touching C.C and then seeing some of her memories (in the same episode)
3.Suzu touches C.C again and faints this time (also in season 1)
B.C.C can only tlalk to the living when she contracts with them.
1.Marianne being the only exception because she geassed Anya and was living through her.
C.(lol C) C.C's last line was right Lelouch and if you take my first two counts into consideration then he has to be alive with C.C's code (now the question is how do you get rid of said Code and is there even a way to get rid of it?)

While I've largely accepted the fact that it all ended for Lelouch after Suzaku shanked him, there's still a part of me that wants to believe that Lelouch is living a quiet and peaceful life with C.C., far from any prying eyes. Lelouch didn't necessarily have to take C.C.'s Code; he could have taken it from Charles during their confrontation in the World of C instead. This article goes into more detail regarding that theory.

Why would Charles give his son the code when his son is killing him? I makes no sence. Although I can see where these people's people are thinking. I think I'll relook at that episode and see if the Charles code is still on his hand when he dispeares.

Well now I see everything. I can't believe Lelouch did this.

He controlled Euphemia to kill herself, but then she talked to him. He then had a change of heart. But then all of the sudden, his eyes controlled her again. And he said that she should kill the Japanese. And she is doing it. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he accidentally did that, but still. It will only get worse as time goes on, and another Britannia will die. And I loved her too. She was so nice.I still like Lelouch but he needs to figure out that not all of his family members are bad people(except his father). I found this one while I watched Episode 22 of the first season.
