This is the OOC area for the Lenore Region! Here is where I shall post trainer info. Please start giving TC's as soon as you can. All trainer info, however, will not be up until all pokemon have been taken and the first chapter is up.

Name: Damian Gunner

Age: 17
Gender: Male​

Appearance: Damian stands at 6'1 and has long black hair going down to his shoulders that is usually slicked back and hidden under his black ski cap. He has hazel eyes but he rarely keeps his eyelids completely open giving him a bored or lazier look. He has a medium build meaning his muscles are slightly visible but not more than most and his posture is quote bad, he leans forward quite a bit. When he sits his back is usually slumped. Most of his height is in his legs which makes him look tall even though he has terrible posture.

Usually Damian will be wearing lighter blue jeans that have only a few natural made tears in them and look a little dirty. In warm weather for a shirt he will wears a very long T-shirt that is black and goes down about halfway between his leg and knee. On the front of the shirt is a Cubone skull and crossbones that appears to be surrounded surrounded by what looks like a circular saw blade that is fading off into the blackness of the shirt. The sleeves are short and looked like they have been torn off exposing his slightly muscular arms to the enviroment.​

In the winter Damian usually wears the same outfit but with a thick black hoodie that has a zipper going up the middle. He wears his black ski cap in the winter or cold weather more often too and it covers the top of his ears. In both seasons he is always wearing the same sneakers which are gray with black in the back and the toes are black and he wears a leather black belt that has metal holes in it going all around. Whenever he gets the chance he will read a book so sometimes while resting you can see him with a book in hand.​

Personality: Damian is a very close observer and is always first to make an inappropriate statement or use sarcasm. His whole life he's always taken the time to analyze anything before taking action making sure to take in as much as he can before doing something. Although his appearance may be that of a underachieving uncaring teenager he is actually constantly focused and usually is fascinated in even the most mundane details of the world. Because of this perspective Damian is sort of a philosopher in his own right.​

Around other people he has no problem expressing his opinions as blunt as they may be and is usually quite (usually overly and obviously) truthful. He treats Pokemon the same way he would treat a person who behaved in the same manner. For example if there was a rude rampaging Pokemon it would end up being treated like a rude person until it showed any sort of change. Damian actually enjoys being around people as much as possible because they fascinate him to no end, one of his favorite things to speculate upon is someones backgrounds or why they behave a certain way.​

Damian is usually thought of as a nuisance to people because of how awkward or rude he can be sometimes without even realizing it. Another reason people usually don't like him is that he is sort of a know it all having facts on almost any random subject and an infinite knowledge of all things useless and odd. People who get by his social awkwardness though can grew to like Damian after noticing his fierce loyalty to the people he feels deserve it. Damian is excited to meet new Pokemon and people on his Pokemon adventure.​

History: Damians parents are as he puts it, "Total idiots." Ever since he was young they would argue and fight and if he was ever anywhere near them he would become the center of blame for their argument. For this reason alone Damian began detaching himself from people and spent most of his time alone in his room reading of adventures and epic battles, knights saving princesses from dragons and sometimes even a book on the mating rituals of Tauros. As the variety fo the books he read increased in variety so did his intelligence and inquisitiveness grow as well until eventually he began thinking of books that he himself could write. He slowly began etching down ideas in his notebooks writing things varying from epic plays to simple questions like if a rose smells so bad how come everyone things they are so sweet?​

By the time Damian reached 15 he had 7 books filled with questions and quotations and any thought he could pinch out of his own head and was quite happy. But one day his parents were arguing expecially hard about Damian an how antisocial he is, his father said he had problems but his mother said he was just like any other teenage boy. The fight escalated until Damians father grew so angry he burned all of Damians books and notebooks. Damian was devastated, the books were his friends and they were his only connection to the outside world. His mother had had enough of his father crap, after filing for divorce she took Damian and all of her possessions to the Lenore Region where she could start a new life with her son.​

It has been two years since and Damian hasn't even received a letter from his father or any form of communication. His mother is a raging drunk and is constantly yelling and swearing treating Damian like the reason they have to live the way they do. Damian had his mother put in rehab and after deciding there was nothing left for him at home he decided it was about time he head out for the real world and experience the things he had read about first hand. He is going for his first Pokemon today.​

Name: Sakai

Age: 15
Gender: Male​

Appearance:

Sakai stands at about 5'8 and weighs around 126lbs. He has emerald green eyes that most say can make the most malicious men show compassion. His hair is maroon in color and falls down to about ears all around. He keeps the front in short bangs to keep his hair from obstructing his vision. As far as clothing goes Sakai generally wears a pair of slightly faded blue, baggy jeans. He also wears a loose black shirt under an open dark red jacket that falls a few inches above his knees. The jacket was a hand sewn by Sakai's great grandfather in his youth. Dozens of bullet holes can be found at the jackets bottom from countless close calls the war. The jacket also has a black flame pattern which stretches from the bottom of the jacket up to the chest area. The sleeves are elbow length with open cufflinks.​

Sakai also sports several accessories his favorite being his roller blades that he keeps strapped to the outside of his knapsack. The contents on the brown bag include first aid supplies, a space blanket and a sleeping bag. On his right hand he sports a black fingerless glove which stays on because of a silver ring on his middle finger its attached to. Sakai uses his belt to carry pokeballs as it has a special material for keeping them attached without fail.​

Personality:
Sakai is a rather happy go lucky type of person, who enjoys taking in all the pleasant parts of life. This personality is explained by his life philosophy of living life to the fullest in the here and now. A couple main attributes of Sakai's personality that make who he is are his ambition and kindness. These two traits have been the driving force in moving him through life. With it he has learned to channel most of his negative energy or feelings into things he loves such as roller-blading. His ambition has also translated to anything he does making him a kind of perfectionist. Though he does have rather positive traits they also have a negative effect on him.​

Since Sakai does love to live in the present it often leads him to misjudge situation causing for sometimes rather poor results. An example is the time when he pushed his limits too far and broke his arm trying to perfect a new trick. Additionally he has trouble trusting people due to wanting to keep those around him happy. This type of caring has occasionally lead him to small depression but mostly just make it hard for him to trust other people. Even though he struggles from this issue it does not inhibit him from being a good friend, nor does it take away the fact that he maintains his friendships longer than most people.​

History:
Sakai was born into a family of three being the youngest and only boy of the bunch. It was somewhat ideal as both of his parents were loving and supportive, as well as both of his sisters who would take care of him in their parent's absence. As a toddler, Sakai's eldest sister Tanya when babysitting him would take him to the skate park where her and her team mates would take turns watching him. Over the years this lead to Sakai's interest in the aggressive inline skating.​

At age 6 Sakai's father bought him his first park of roller blades. Within weeks Sakai learned to find his balance and could skate without falling too often. Though he didn't go to the skate park with his sister as often as he had, he began to make friends at school because of his new found talent. Soon to him making friends was rather simple and he became acquainted with everyone he could. To him those who didn't want to befriend him didn't bother him much and he simply ignored those kids​

At age 8 Sakai's parents got divorced due to his father's recently developed drug habit. Now with his father gone each of his sisters started to develop rather troublesome habits. Tanya stopped skating and began to act out in school as well as getting in trouble around the community. On top of this the Tina who was always the brightest of the three started to fail most of her classes. With only his mother to help his sisters Sakai began to feel it would be best if he didn't give his mother anything else to worry about, so instead he began to keep his feelings to himself.​

As the years past Sakai's family seemed to be becoming worse. His eldest sister who used to get in trouble for minor stuff was now robbing people and getting into pointless fights. Tina started to drink to forget her problems and his mother seemed to have given up dealing with them. For Sakai skating was now his new safe haven. He spent hours every day after school and on weekends practicing new tricks and learning to control higher speeds. Upon turning 14 Sakai was entering high school and could also join the Sky Knights the inline skate team his sister belonged to. When he did he found himself immersed in a world where the skill level was far above what he had expected. What interested him most was that the skaters would also battle pokemon. He had never given the creatures much thought as he was always busy with himself but the new prospect seemed intriguing. After serious skate sessions Sakai often found himself watching the others battle and longed for one of his own.​

A year has passed and things in his family are starting to settle. Since Tanya finished high school she moved away from them to Goldenrod in Johto. Tina though still having trouble coping with her father being a drug abuser still struggles somewhat in school. Sakai's mother now fears that Sakai may turn out like his eldest sister as he spends all of his summer practicing skating from morning to dark. Sakai feeling that he truly has no one to turn to, finds himself skating around town hoping to find a new adventure. One day it crosses his mind that he would take advantage of pokemon and leave home on his journey. That night he spoke to his mother and within a few days began his pokemon journey.​

Name: Renka Flameswell
Gender: Female
Age: 14
Personality: Renka is extremely short-tempered. She is also very hot-headed. Rash and reckless, she usually does things without thinking them through first. However, she faces her consequences without a word. She is also very impatient: she hates it when we make her wait. However, because of this, she does not like making others wait for her either. Renka is annoyed easily; in fact, this seems like her usual mood. Aggressive, during an argument, she prefers settling things with a fight rather than talk. She is quick to accuse and slow to forgive. This, combined with her insane strength, makes her one dangerous person.

Even though she is rough most of the time, even a person like Renka has a soft spot. And that soft spot is: chocolate. Yes, that's right. The deadly, invincible Renka has a sweet tooth for melty brown stuff. The people who know of this tend to always carry one or two bars of chocolate with them, offering them to Renka should this one start to show signs of explosion. Renka immediately quiets down and, to others' great amusement, quickly snatches to bar away, and runs off. She then takes her time enjoying her 'snack', oftenly on the top of a tall tree, mainly so that nobody will disturb her while she is eating.​

Appearance: Though she is a tomboy, Renka does not look like one. She has long, pale orange hair that she ties up in a high ponytail. People say that this is a shame because they find her beautiful with her hair down. Renka retorts that only prissy girls care about their looks, although she admits that she likes taking care of her hair.
Her eyes are of a reddish brown, a clear copper colour that matches her hair. Renka has fairly smooth and pale skin, and she states that she does not like tans.​

As for clothes, Renka does not imply much. A fire-patterned orange T-shirt and a pair of worn, shredded jeans suffice for her. She is a bit more considerate for her shoes, though. Most of the time, she wears black leathers shoes. Since she detests jewelry, she does not wear any, except for a golden ruby pendant that she keeps hidden in her clothes, a memory of her past.​

History: Renka does not have much of a past. Her family owned the Flameswell Inc., that sold hardware and computer equipment, which was a very large-scale company that was well-known everywhere around the region. As such, Renka and her family lived in luxury, and did not have many problems.​

That was until a lawyer declared that Renka's father had stolen some of the hardware from another company, and Flameswell Inc. was shut down, everybody believing the lawyer. Her father was enraged, and left the house. Her mother has been weak and frail since then, breaking into tears at every mention of her husband's name. Before this incident, Renka had been a nice, easy-going person. But then, she decided that she would toughen up and do whatever she could to bring success back to her family. Her mother could only knit and sell a few clothes for money, and her oldest brother, Kain, worked in an ice cream parlor. They were their only means of money. So, Renka decided to act quickly and chose the only road she could that could bring enough fortune: she became a Pokemon trainer.​

Her goal was to become the Pokemon Champion. If she could do that, she could earn enough money for her family to be called rich again. And even if she couldn't, she was sure she could at least beat some Gyms, as she heard that Gym Badges could be sold for a lot of money. That was what she thought. But then it happened. Her second oldest brother(she has five) decided to leave the house as well. Her mother became heartbroken and soon stopped knitting. Disgusted, Renka left to Shirk City, declaring that she would become the Pokemon Champion.​

Gender: Female
Age: 18
Personality:
Jess is usually a down-to-earth kind of girl. She is quick to act in dangerous situations, but sometimes thinks over her options before doing it. She loves all Pokemon and her favorite type of Pokemon is Fire/Ground. She also is a quick thinker (if she decides not to think things over) and will reaction almost immediately, almost too quickly for her Pokemon to act in time. Her strategies are different every time she battles, creating new ones as she rests and camps with her Pokemon. Sometimes she's hasty, nasty, entergetic, etc; it just depends on what kind of day it is. One day she could wake up and grumple up saying 'Let's do nothing but sleep and eat today,' or 'I don't want to battle! I'm sleepy!' Other times, she would be up early and ready to run off. She would say things like this, 'Come on, wakey wakey, all! This us get this hussle-a-bussle movin' so we can get to the next town before suntown!'
Appearance:
Jess has long brown hair that she usually holds up into a ponytail. She usually wears an ashy gray T-shirt with a crimson sweatshirt over it as well as faded jeans. She also wears a crimson cap on her head with the letter J in script with white lettering. Her eyes are a beautiful yellow-green and she is a high height of 5' 8" and still growing.
Jess takes after both of her parents. Her face is heart-shaped and she is muscular. She has lifted weights for many years with her Pokemon.
Jess is also very pretty. She has perfectly shaped lips and her lips and hips are curved beautifully. She wears long, gold earrings and also has a valuable prayer necklace and cross around her neck. She got this from her grandfather and his Rhydon before they died in a fight with Team Rocket. Jess wants to live up to her grandfather's memory and wants to take down whoever killed her grandfather.
History:
Jess grew up in a family of Pokemon trainers. Her parents were both travelers and owned many species of Pokemon, always telling Jess that they'll get her a Pokemon, but never got to it. Because of her parents always traveling, Jess was taken care of her grandfather and his Rhydon for a good part of her life. When her fifteenth birthday came, her grandfather gave her a box. Inside was a prayer box necklace, cross necklace, and a Pokeball. Tossing the ball into the air, a Shiny Heracross appeared. Jess was instantly overjoyed and embraced her grandfather. But then, Team Rocket attacked and Jess hit with her Heracross, commanding it not to defend. Jess's grandfather fought against Team Rocket and he lost. It cost him and his Rhydon's life.
After her grandfather's funeral, Jess decided to live up to her grandfather's wish: "I want to see you grow up and become the best trainer you can be. This Heracross can help you." he had said. Jess was definitely going to live up to his wish and she was never going to give up.

Shiny Heracross (no nickname).
His Gender is Male and his nature is Brave, like Jess's. Heracross loves to show off that he was the first Pokemon Jess owned and loves to show off how 'strong' he is, though he can also be a bit clingy to Jess sometimes. He usually never shows his weaknesses and never backs down unless commanded by his trainer.​

Name: Neiteio

Gender: Male
Age: 18
Personality: Neiteio believes that objectivity, practicality, and efficiency are the most important virtues in life. He practices extreme self-control, to the point where he can completely reject something he really, really wants if he knows that it could progress his academic career. When it comes to decision-making, Neiteio is extremely polar. On one hand, if the choice to be made is some time in the future, he will evaluate every single option and its consequences, a procedure that normally gives him severe insomnia. But on the other hand. if the decision is an immediate, present one, he is able to make decisions and act quickly. As he got older and started to better understand the concept of death, he began to focus more on human potential. He is constantly aware of the temporary nature of life, and feels that the only way to avoid wasting it and fading into nothingness is to test all your potentials, physical as well as mental. He's popular for his knowledge and clever comments in conversation, but his analytical nature prevents him from making many true, close friends, mainly because he'll tend to not reciprocate the effort.​

Appearance: Neiteio has an Indian complexion and a scruffy, unshaved face. His black-brown hair is shoulder length and kept tied in a ponytail. He is 6'0" and extremely thin, only weighing 135lbs. Despite his weight, he does stay in shape, his favorite exercises being running and riding around on his Mach Bike. His preferred colors are black, gray, and blue, but his typical attire is a black cotton T-shirt and dark blue canvas pants tucked into rugged but worn-out motorcycle boots. He wears a pair of brazing goggles on his forehead to protect his eyes from glare. His clothes are all solid colors, and he doesn't wear necklaces, pendants or rings; he finds them unnecessary and will only choose to weigh himself down with equipment that is 100% practical. Although he's right-handed, he wears a diving watch on his right wrist.​

History: Growing up, Neiteio was only slightly interested in Pokemon. This may have been in part to his mother's paranoia, but unlike most of his childhood friends, who were excused from school to go wander around the countryside with dangerous creatures, Neiteio stayed in school, majoring in various sciences. He prided himself on his superior self control and motivation, and continued this trend up until high school, where he graduated as salutatorian with a 5.4 GPA. But something had been nagging at him for the longest time... if he spent the rest of his life working behind the scenes as a researcher, he would never really know his full potential. What he did now was what he would be doing for the rest of his life. It was around that time that he recieved an e-mail from one of his old friends, Jelani.​

"Greetings from the sunny shores of Slateport!" was the title. The attached photos showed Jelani riding on a Mantine in the water, of him wandering through a cave with a light helmet, of him at what seemed to be a nautical museum.​

Slowly, he started making his next decision.​

"I think I'll go traveling for a while," he concluded. "College can wait... after all, I've already made more academic progress than most of the people in this town."​

He resolved to go visit the Pokemon lab in the morning to see what could be arranged. In the meantime, he started packing...​

Name: Amisa Blake (Misa)
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Personality: On the outside, Amisa is a down-to-earth and level-headed teen, she is brash and quick to anger, but Misa is also very haughty and has a tendency to look down on those she finds inferior, be it adults, children or people in her age group and because she's so used to ordering people, her butlers and maids, around Amisa will sometimes involuntarily order other people around out of habit, but she's working on trying not to be so demanding. Misa's also frequent to having fits and temper tantrums, especially when she can't get her way or gets what she wants, a habit she has yet to break.

Though on the inside, Amisa is weak emotionally, she doesn't take well to rejection, she hate's being neglected and feeling alone, she hate's the fact that her parents work constantly and have no clue that their only daughter has run away from home and traveld to a new region, it pains Misa to think that, if she were to march home right now and look her parents straight in the eye, they probably wouldn't even recognize her. Misa is frequent to slipping into semi-depressive states when she is reminded of her parents and how they haven't been in her life for the past 3 years, but she hopes that being around Pokemon will fill the gap of not having her parents around.

Appearance: Amisa is a light tan skinned girl, she stands 5 feet 7 inches and has just past the shoulder length black hair, blue-dyed bangs frame her face and she has a nice portion of hair that falls to her chin and covers her left eye, which is brown, while her right eye is hazel, her eyes are two different color's, due to Heterochromia, which she inherited from her Mother, who has one brown eye and one hazel eye as well. Misa's main outfit consists of a short sleeved black and blue stripped shirt, a black denim miniskirt with some black shorts under it and over-the-knee blue and black striped socks with black and white sneakers. For accessories, she wears a simple black choker with a skull and crossbones around her on her left wrist she wears a black arm band with a skull and crossbones etched into the material.

Amisa has 3 piercings in her right ear and 2 lip piercings. When she not in the mood for looking like a creepy goth, Amisa will change up her outfit by wearing a silky midnight blue Chinese styled top with long loose sleeves that covers her fingers and starting from her left hip bone and ending at her right shoulder is a shimmering blue, green and yellow scaled majestic looking dragon, stitched on the front of her shirt along with some blue jeans and her sneakers. Her choker and wrist bands however stays on her person at all times. When faced with the prospect of cold or snow, Misa will switch her skirt/jeans for some thick insulated pants and her sneakers for snow boots and she'll adorn a skull engraved ski cap along with a thick hooded snow jacket, a scarf and gloves, in whichever colors are available for her.

History: Up until the precious age 14, Amisa was the cliché, rich and sheltered, spoiled daddy's girl. Misa always got what she wanted as a child, she was never denied anything and no one ever told her no, and when they did, her father would just fire them or bribe them with cash, whenever anyone had something she wanted, (because god that girl had lungs on her like a Loudred) her father would automatically get it for her and because her father would spoil her so much, this caused Misa to grow up believing that everything could be solved with money. Her life was sheltered, she had been home-schooled and knew nothing of life outside her perfect, get-whatever-she wanted, world.

At the age of 12, when she went along with her parents to a business outing that allowed parents to bring their children, It was the first time Misa met Nick Carter, The Carters were long time friends of her parents and they had hoped Misa and Nick would become good friends as well and become good friends they did, Nick and Misa really hit it off after the party, seeing as how Misa was ignorant to the world outside her home, Nick was more than eager to show off the his Pokemon and sate Misa's curiosity about the strange creatures, her parent's weren't too big on Pokemon, which was why Amisa never owned any.

After his frequent visits, Misa had become smitten by Nick and eventually that small crush escalated into something more, though Nick was oblivious to her crush and was more interested in Pokemon then girls. It was during the night of her 14th birthday that her life took a turn for the worst, her birthday party went along smoothly, but it was after all the guest left when Misa had decided to tell Nick how she felt. She had confessed to him that night and he rejected her, telling Misa that he saw her as nothing more than a friend and was more focused on his duties as a trainer and he wasn't looking for a girlfriend right now. Poor Misa's heart was crushed, she didn't take the rejection well, throwing temper tantrums and locking herself in her room, refusing to even see Nick and it didn't help when her parent's were suddenly swamped with work and were rarely at home.

Since her parents were hardly ever home now, Misa was practically being raised by the work staff, but this didn't set right with the girl, she wanted her parents, she wanted them home, she wanted them to look after her, she wanted them to scold her and tell her right from wrong, not the work staff. So what did Misa do? She began to rebel, her wardrobe and outlook on life began to change, she began to get depressed easily and was often found locked away in her room, threatening the staff and claiming that she'd commit suicide unless her parents showed up, but they'd never show up and she was too much of a coward to actually commit suicide. At the age of 15, Misa got her ear and lip pierced, her parent's were too busy to scold her, so the maids did it for them and that made Misa angry.

At the age of 16, Misa had decided, that since her parents were too busy with working to care about their own daughter, she'd run away, though at the time, she was unsure of where to run to. It was only by a stroke of luck, while out shopping for some clothes, that she overheard about the Lenore Region. Misa had become interested and soon she began to study up on all she could about being a Pokemon Trainer and began saving up all the money she could for travel, and within the year of her 17 birthday, it was settled, Misa ran away, catching a boat to Lenore and heading to Shirk City, ready to start her own journey, and become a trainer and just forget all about her neglectful parents.

Personality: John is a kind boy, always willing to help the others, even if that bring consequences. He developed a strong sense of justice, because when he was a child he hated being punished by something he would not accept as fair. Because of that fact, he hates injustices and has a great desire to fight to counter them. However this strong sense of justice also makes him accept any punishment that it considers fair, no matter how hard it is. John looks like a relaxed and confident boy, who likes to have fun and to enjoy life to the maximum, but this is only the facet he shows when he is in public. When alone, he usually tends to think about questions that trouble him, questions that everyone think that he can solve easily. John doensn't like to do things the simple way if that isnt going to take him to guaranteed results. He likes to take risks but he is usually very conscient about the ones he takes, considering all possibilities before action.​

Even with all this kind facet, John is easily enraged, and doenst keep words inside him, saying all that comes to his head. Once angry or sad, John tends to close himself, and no one can reach him to know the cause of the problem. Even if he desires for revenge, he never does it, and prefers a good talk instead of a fight. He is very competitive and doesnt like losing. Even after losing we will keep saying "Its not fair", even if inside he knows it is. However with interaction with pokemon, John has managed to keep his bad losing for himself. He is a great companion, and never misses to take part in a prank or something else his friends are doing. ​

He is easily stressed, and hates losing time. He hates orders, and he can be really stubborn sometimes. John admires Pokemon and is always eager to see them. When he was a child he spent hours playing with them, and reading huge books, trying to know everything about Pokemon. Recently he has attained the conclusion that no one will ever know everything about Pokemon, and that we wants to travel all around the world in order to know as much as he cans. ​

Appearance: John is tall for his age, around 1,81m ( Im terribly sorry but i dont know how to use inches =/ ), and he has a light tanned skin. He is athletic, he has a mid-lenght hair and he has got deep dark brown eyes. His soft angled layered hairstyle with messy bangs is a great way to flatter a broad forehead and to soften a square face. His main outfit is a t-shirt, shorts, and his running shoes. When its cold, he usually uses jeans, a t-shirt and a jacket over the t-shirt. He usually uses red t-shirts as red is his favorite colour.​

He doesnt use accessories, because of his vivacity. He usually lost or broke them so he stopped using them. However he has a pokeball in a chain like a collar, given to him by a trainer he met once.​

When he is going to anything formal, john dresses a shirt and some jeans, but he is not very concerned about his clothes. When going to rought climates he usually prepares himself the most he can in order not to be delayed by the advertisies of the weather. When going somewhere snowy or rainy, John usually dresses with something hot, alongside with a scarf, gloves, and boots. ​

History: TIll his 13th birthday, John lived in the Hoenn region in Fortree City. He was raised in a natural environment where his likeness for freedon grew really fast. He was raised with lots of Pokemon, not only from the the other people of the town, but as well some wild ones that lived in the woods nearby. Because of that fact, he soon learned to admire Pokemon as living beings, his friends and to respect them above everything else. He dreamt of beggining his own journey with Pokemon, and spent his childhood not only reading and trying to learn very much about Pokemon but as well trying to convince his parents to let him go on a journey. However they were very relutant, because they were never too close to Pokemon. Living as researchers on Silph.Co, they never gave special attention to Pokemon because of their lack of time, and never shared the entusiam of their son. They were never good listeners and sometimes John was punished by them for spendind many hours out of home even if he had a good reason. He felt highly frustated because how could them accuse him of not being at home, if both of them were never there? And so John developed a strong sense of justice, promising himself that he would never do something like that. Deep inside he admired his parents, for working so hard, and he could understand their position. ​

However this changed in one night, when John's parents came home earlier. John's father announced him that he got a promotion to work in a faraway region, called SInnoh, in Jubilife City. John didnt really knew a thing about that city or the region and so ignored his father annoucement. Two days later, a big truck came, and John fell into reality... They were really moving...John couldnt move, as he standed in his room, in one of Fortree's threes. He quickly ran downstairs, to find his father and mother already there, getting ready to leave at any moment. John tried to demove the idea from its parents, but there was nothing to do. The best thing he managed to get, was some time to say goodbye to all his friends. Angered, John ran deep in the forest... He couldnt believe his father had readlly meant it when he said they were moving... And now there was nothing we could do. After understanding that, John slowly walked to his home, where his parents waited for him. We said goodbye to all the Pokemon he had met in Fortree and to all the people as well. Then they departed...

After one week of travelling, John finally arrived Jubilife. He saw tons of people on the streets, streets that were nousy and dirty, and where was the free air he usually felt? Fortree was a city too, but it had nothing to do with that. He silently walked alongside his parents, until they stopped at a big building, which they called a skyscraper. John couln't believe how high that was, but kept his mouth shut, as he done during all the trip, in order not to show a weak side. Fortree's trees had nothing to do with that. When his father announced that they were going to live there, John almost choked. When they entered the house, John broke his silence and asked his father why so few pokemon showed up in Jubilife. His father answered that in that city, people had more to do than deal with Pokemon. John got quite enraged by that answer, and coulnt keep the rage inside him. He told his father that pokemon were not toys to deal, and that we would be a trainer no matter what.

Three years later, John was walking by the city. He had no friends there, and no one knew where did he came from. He never opened himself about his origins to no one, and closed to himself. The boy had changed. After those painful three years he had come to a conclusion. His parents were not going to give up the idea of him becoming a researcher, so he had to do something about it himself. One day his parents told him they were all going to Canalave as a family trip. John knew that story already. They were going all to the library and spend all day there. They made a quick trip by boat to Canalave, and as soon as they entered the city, John noticed a big boat that said "The Lenore Cruise". He followed his parents without taking his eyes from the boat. After leaving the port, they reached the library. John's parents quickly grabbed down a book and started reading. John told them he was going to look for a book, and that he would come back in a minute. He quickly searched the shelves by the word "Lenore", and the first thing he found was a notice in a newspaper. The newspaper announced that a new region had been discovered, called Lenore, and Pokemon trainers were beggining their journeys there. Immediately, John knew what to do. That was the chance he was waiting for. He went into the upper level of the library, from where he could see his parents and he whispered in their direction a single "goodbye". With the money he had saved during all those years, John bough a ticket for the "Lenore Cruise", and boarded in. Despite being sad, he knew he wouldnt regret it. He looked into the endless blue sea and said: "Lenore region, here i go"... ​

Personality: Quite the curious boy, Frederick does not take his time to ask question's. Although, his sense of humor does get in the way of him coming across as intelligent. Besides these noticable qualities, he also has a love for the morbid which he expresses through his deadly hobbies. He loves to experiment with various types of toxins, both gases and liquids.
Appearance: Always wearing his Bio Suit, leaving no skin visible but his bright green eyes through his gas mask to be seen. He wears this suit regularly due to his love for his "baby" Grimey, the Grimer. It is common to see Frederick covered by Grimey as they both share quite an affectionet relationship.
History: As his Mother was the stay-at-home-wife, and his father was a power-plant worker, he was clearly influenced by both parents, his mothers excessive affection and his desire to follow his fathers footstep's in the chemical industries. Although Fredericks silly behaviour made it difficult to work effectively in a plant by his fathers side, so he left home and the hopes of landing the job, to begin his adventure he felt like going on, on a whim. Both his parent's disaproved of his decision, but ultimately after learning a harsh lesson from losing his first Pokemon Battle ever, he realized this adventure was his chance to mature, and finally come home with the ability to show his father he is just as capable of working at the plant as he was, if not more so.

I was thinking that since everyone is currently wandering around in Route I, chances are pretty high that we'd run into each other... how will Character v Character battles be organized? Can two RPers collaborate over it via. VM, or is it something you want to moderate?

Now this doesn't have to be something that happens right now, but if everyone is going to be moving at the same pace, it's highly likely that we'll run into each other.

I'm surprised no one commented on my "do a barrel roll!" comment in Chapter 2-3. Y'all don't know a funny meme when you see one...

Regarding Chapter 3, I decided to take a somewhat more realistic approach to the fire and smother as many of the little pests as I could, instead of having an actual Pokemon battle with only one or two of them (which would be significantly more time consuming). It'll probably adversely affect my EXP gains, but hey, I try to keep it real.

This philosophy (ha, a philosophy about Pokemon) is why I narrate the battles the way I do. I could take a lighter, game-type approach if necessary... but not until someone explains to me how a Pinsir can successfully ViceGrip a Slugma without being horribly burned in the process.

And did you catch the references to Neiko Star's post? I slipped those in to reinforce that we are indeed in the same area. I'll tend to do this... so if your character even discreetly picks their nose in a corner, chances are that Neiteio'll notice and reference it.
