you can bring one person back from the dead for an hour - they cannot leave your room and you cannot physically interact with them unless it is a parting gesture like a handshake or hug or whatever. they are there solely for the purpose of conversation and will disappear once the hour is up.

there are no twists or drawbacks aside from any ethical matters you may find with conversing with the dead.
