Level cap for each badge

    So I want to add a Level cap to my Fire red rom hack, Like when you reach certain level you stop gaining EXP the next cap unlock at another certain level. I also want Rare candy to stop working after you reach certain level. Long story short, How can I add Garbage green style Level cap style to my game? I just have no clue.
