I think the level cap is fine as is.

What I think they should do, is increase the difficulty level so others will have a more challenging time rather than breezing through the game and wanting pokemon past level 100 in the first place. They need an easy, normal, and hard mode. Like where the opponent actually switches and has a strategy. ._.

I agree with you that the the level cap should be at 100 and the intelligence of the opponent should be increased.

D/P is already designed and made and everything, it's not like they can change it by now. xD

The raising of the level cap shouldn't happen unless all the storyline trainers and stuff were normal and then there is a specific area of higher level pokemon and trainers so that you can train to level 300 or whatever. I don't like that concept because that will mean that we would also have to space out all of the leveled moves that pokemon learn and we would have to remember them all over again.
