Level One-Hundred Pokemon

Have you ever levelled a pokemon to level 100?
Yes, many times. It is actually kind of an OCD thing for me... I can't stand not having all of my team on level 100, whether it counts or not. It really bothers me to not be at the top level.


What was your first pokemon you got to lv.100?
My Meganium, back in the G/S/C days.

What is the most recent pokemon you've got to lv.100?
Either Mismagius or Houndoom, can't remember which.


Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?
If I ever make another team again, they will all be on level 100, there is no way to avoid it. Which means yes, because I am purchasing B/W.

The event Jirachi from earlier this year. I trained that thing like a mofo.

The Kyogre from HeartGold. I also have a Mewtwo about halfway through level 98.

A Pikachu on Red. Yes... I was one of those shameful little boys that stuck to the anime no matter what. I Ash had one, it was cool and if he got rid of it, it was old school.

What is the most recent pokemon you've got to lv.100?

Six Alakazam's. It took a few days, but I wanted to see if I could get an awesome timid ev trained Alakazam and a modest ev trained one. The first two that got to level 100 were the best. Meh.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?

I will train another level 100, which is going to be either my 7th Alakazam or Swampert next, because comparing my best Lv100's level 50 stats with my new one, my new one is modest and that one is timid, but theres barely a difference, and I need a good trained Swampert :).

my first one was umbreon in silver. I dont have any recent ones all of them are in silver. I am not sure if I will ever get another one to lvl 100 its a lot of work

Scizor in Pokemon Sapphire! It took me about 3 hours to do so(it was lvl. 15 when I started)!

What is the most recent pokemon you've got to lv.100?

The most recent was a Gyarados in Platinum, which took about two days...

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?

I probably will. Over the time I've become an expert in grinding, and every now and then, a need for a lvl. 100 Pokemon arises! :D
 
My first level 100 was a Venusaur in Blue, and my last was a Meganium in the original Gold. In between the two was an Articuno I got from a friend who did most of the grinding, so I'm not quite sure whether that counts. Recently I've just been playing through the games until I finish the main challenge, so I haven't gotten anybody anywhere near level 100, and probably won't unless I decide to do a one-Pokemon-only challenge or the like. Also, since the two games I had the level 100s on got destroyed (one by somebody saving over it, one by the faulty GSC battery failing), I'm a bit afraid to level one of my Pokemon to 100, especially since I use emulators a lot and I really don't want my laptop destroyed. XD

My first and only level 100 was my Charizard in Red Version. It will also be my only ever, because I don't have the time nor patience to raise Pokemon to level 100. My team usually stops somewhere in the 70's and I'm cool with that, because just getting that takes me a decent amount of time. :P

Charizard on Fire Red.

Strangely enough it was another Charizard. (Before that was a Glalie)

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?
I have a few that are close, so I might. I won't go out of my way to train something from the ground up any time soon, though.

My Togetic in Silver. His name was Timm and he evolved from togepi at level 36. As that was over 10 years ago I am not sure why I remembered that.

Honchkrow in my HeartGold. And two seconds before that a flareon.

I have been doing it for a while. Don't see why I should stop really.

Would have been Mewtwo on Pokemon Blue, because I went to a pokemon contest and I beat the 'elite four' with it. As the layout of the rounds were, choose one pokemon each and battle with it. XD

Most recent... Oooo tough question since I have only started playing the past few days. I think it would have been my new Blissy.

My Articuno in Pokemon Red, I think? Its been so long now that its difficult to remember...it might have been my Charizard.

My Dialga in Diamond. Its been a while since I bothered to get a Pokemon up that high - I'm pretty content with my teams at the moment, so I don't feel the need to level up anything else completely.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?
I expect I'll eventually get around to building a new team in HeartGold if/when I feel like competetive battling again.

If I'm feeling up to it. Most likely, my next lv. 100 Pokemon should be either Swampert or Baibanira. (Import FTW)

Most likely someone from my in-game team in Emerald. I forgot which one, though. (Swampert, Gardevoir, Hariyama, Altaria, Flygon, or Manectric.)

One of the ff in Platinum: Swampert (how coincidental), Ludicolo, or Tentacruel.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?

If there's a need, then yes, I'll most likely train one. It will most likely come from Black Version.

Gengar, in Platinum. I have been too indolent to do the same with others in recent times.
