I can offer any 2 pokes from my shop for each and I can clone for you as well! :)

Just curious generally, about how long does it take for real good iv event mons to surface?

i wouldn't trust any. now these events except for kyurem are nature locked. getting 5-6iv through sr with good natures on gen 6 events are highly unlikely. it's safe to assume gen 6 events with 5-6 ivs are edited via powersaves. now the sen jun park pachirisu have set 5ivs as well as the vgc pachirisus since it;s based on the one distributed in korea

I see, I once got a poke through event with 5 iv s although I assume that it was sheer luck, for the most part do you know if it's 2 or 3 ivs set to 31 for gen 6 events?

Typically Legendaries fit this motto. Non-Legendaries are not 31-set. The Gamest*p Diancie was a notable and often untradeable exception, which is why there's another one coming, I believe (though only for a few days, so I'll have to jump on that).

I'm also seeking a Hoopa, and didn't know about the tie-in events.
