Hi there! I have a Jolly Marshadow that I redeemed myself that I can trade you. It doesn't have nice IVs in Special Defense or Speed (it took me twenty tries just to get a Jolly one), but I have plenty of Gold Bottle Caps I can trade with it for you to use however you like. I don't ask for anything in return; the Marshadow would be a clone anyway, and I don't want to take a valuable Pokemon for a clone.

Sorry for the late reply, been spending all day trying to get things ready for Christmas Day tomorrow.

While technically cloned Pokemon aren't allowed under Nintendo's Ts&Cs (as they are created with the help of an external device), they are just as legal as the original Pokemon they come from; cloning should never and will never alter a Pokemon's data, it will only create a copy (a 'clone') of it. The only way to tell if a Pokemon is a clone is if you compare the clone with the cloned directly, and even then, you can never be sure if the Pokemon is a clone or not. You won't get penalised for using a cloned Pokemon.
