[GEN VI] LF Meadow Vivillon Eggs

For gen 6 only. I need vivillon for pokedex and just want meadow form because it's cool and also need my own OT. I don't have much but I'm willing to trade whatever I happen to have

The problem with this is, when you hatch the Egg, the Scatterbug will get your 3ds region's Vivillon pattern. :/

I can't back this claim up. Nevermind. :/

Sources? I'm pretty sure all stats, including regional patterns, are all determined upon the egg's inception.
