Light Ball?

Hi there!

I was just wondering if a Light Ball also increases Raichu's Special Attack by x 2?

And, if it doesn't, then wouldnt it be wiser to have a Lvl 100 Special Attack-based Pikachu than Raichu?

In any case, I was wondering if anyone here was kind enough to let me have a Light Ball...?

I've caught 11 Pikachu's now, and still no luck!

i dont know about stats but to find one catch a pokemon with frisk, eg shuppet put that in ur team run into pikachus and frisk will tell you what item if any the pikachu is holding
