Issue: Liked posts show up in UTC/GMT regardless of time zone settings

A minor problem, but I just thought I'd put it out there.

In the liked posts section of the user CP, the list shows the time of liking for each post in UTC/GMT, even though my account time is EST.

I got this like a few minutes ago, which was at 4:43 PM over here, but it shows up in UTC instead of UTC -5.

I believe they always have though, because I remember seeing that on a few of my liked posts back in 2013. I will agree though that I'd like to see them set to the proper timezone, if at all possible.

Yeah, it's not really a new problem, but there's no tag for old problems. :(
