EVs: 252 HP, 58 Sp. Attk, 100 Sp. Def, 100 Speed
IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31

shiny timid raikou
EVs: 4 HP, 254 Sp. Attk, 252 Speed
IVs: 28/10/10/22/19/28

you can have both of them for the togepi or i have more pokes from my thread

not long, id say attack is the hardest to do and even then i just did so in 10 minutes with someone else's poke

okay deal, but like i said before, you have to wait until tomorow for me to trade it because i cant migrate at this time, but you WILL have it tomorow if you commit to this trade, so is that okay with you??
