Um, well, I'd say make your own layout, and get off Freewebs. For a shrine like that, you can make a very nice little layout easily.

Not to sound like an idiot, but how do you make a layout? I'm only a beginner on websites.

Um, well, I guess you'd have to learn HTML. If you don't know how to make a website, go to the Resources listing in the Webmasters' Resources sub-forum and visit one of the free layouts sites there.
