Uh... i dont RNG... I have flawless dittos/parents to breed with, but no RNG. so it wont be flawless, but ill have the ditto hold the power anklet or lens so i get those Ivs for ya. ^^

4 HP, 5 Def, 248 Sp. Att, 253 Speed

The only reason I have to disagree with your AR is that my houndoom has max sp.a and speed do to its nature.

Well, its Sp. attack IV is 26. and Houndoom's base stat for special attack is 110, so with 252 EV's and an IV of 31 it will have 350 in that stat. Meaning, with 252 EV's in special attack, the maximum possible for your Houndoom is 345, because 31-26=5. Since it has 248 effort points, its max is 344, because 4 effort points = 1 more point to its stat. So essentially its one point off of maximum special attack. Speed is maxed out though.

Okay, i remember not finishing ev training sp.a. but i spammed HP, so there should be no reason for it to have 5 in def.. .-. bleh nvm. :s ev training can be tiring sorry.
