Both are lvl 100, maxed stats and max pp for all moves all Dragon moved up with Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, DragonBreath and Outrage, idk how to get IV/EV so non of those their natures are; Latias -> Modest and Latios -> Bold and both have Ability -> Levitate and are from Hoenn.
