    Where can you see totodile in d/p so you can offer something for it in a trade?
     
    You can't, you have to migrate it.

    There are 2 ways to get it. (Besides getting it from somone else.)

    - In Emerald, complete you Hoenn Pokedex
    - Gale of Darkness- Mount Battle prize.
     
    Aside from what Angel Shaymin said, you can also purify the Croconaw available in Pokemon Colosseum and then trade it to any 3rd gen game to breed/migrate and get a Totodile that way. As for the Emerald/XD editions, they would have Hydro Cannon. You'd probably be better off dexing it in a wifi trade since you can't see it in-game.
     
    were do i find the magmariser on diamond coz im a bit stuck at the mo finding it plz help cheers
