4th Gen Locations with only 1 type of pokemon

    In pokemon heartgold and soulsilver, are there any locations such as routes,cities, or towns, that only supply one type of pokemon?


    I want to know because i want to get a chain of pokemon so i can catch a shiny.
     
    Only in water I suppose (even then likely with mixed types usually e.g. water/poison, etc... maybe in say Violet city with magikarp/poliwag?)...but there's no way to chain in HGSS afaik due to a lack of the Pokerader, and you can't recreate chaining without it in HGSS, unfortunately.
