    Whenever I log out, I then click on something and I'm somehow logged back in, this is a problem because my sister wants to make an account, and can't even get to the register section without my account getting loggged back in. Why is this happening?
     
    It could be that your browser's cookies aren't working properly. Clear them and try again. Oh, and also don't use the "Remember Me" function... that might stop it from automatically logging you in.
     
    Flavaquil's right, I think it's your browser's settings... check them
