Sorry, I don't have a Feebas. I could breed like cr8zy, but that would take too long to get a female one with the moves you want.

I'm pretty sure Feebas can't have both egg moves at once.... o.o
I have a Ho-oh and I can trade it for free. I just pal parked it for someone else but they didn't want it... Joy. Wasted box space. Dx

Yeah Soul, I'm pretty sure you can't get both... I tried breeding Feebas too and I checked SPP and I couldn't find a male pokemon with both those moves. So I only got a nice female Hypnosis one. XD
