You must use the Quick Trade Thread if you are offering/requesting less than 10 Pokemon. In this case, you are requesting one Mew, so use the Quick Trade. Just post there once and wait until someone communicates with you via PM/VM to arrange a trade. Such a simple trade does not necessitate its own thread, so that is why a stickied topic is used.
