  • Crobat is best played as a stall breaker:
    -Brave Bird
    -Defog
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

Greninja should always use the Protean ability, a Hasty/Naive nature and 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe.

Let's face it; Machamp got outclassed by Conkeldurr in Gen V because the latter has more Attack and better all-round bulk than the former. Conkeldurr is the better choice:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/8 Def/248 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts

    or
    -Drain Punch
    -Ice Punch
    -Thunder Punch/Poison Jab
    -Mach Punch/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 108 HP/252 Atk/104 SDef/44 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Sheer Force/Iron Fist

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Drain Punch
    -Ice Punch/Knock Off
    -Mach Punch/Poison Jab/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Guts

Venusaur has a better Grass STAB to use in Giga Drain. Razor Leaf just won't cut it:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Earthquake/Leech Seed
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Venusaurite

You're not using Gengar to its full potential, which is a speedy special attacker. Its defenses are too low for any form of support, and it's massive Taunt bait:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast/Pain Split
    -Disable/Will-o-Wisp/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

If you want a better annoyer, use Sableye:
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    -Foul Play/Knock Off
    Nature: Calm/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

Your variant of Espeon is best off in dedicated Baton Pass teams, IMO; this team isn't one:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Dazzling Gleam/Baton Pass
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Light Clay
    Ability: Magic Bounce

    or
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Dazzling Gleam
    -Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fighting/Ground/Fire)
    -Grass Knot/Shadow Ball
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Bounce
