Looking for Shiny EV'd Pokemon [Black and White]

My Pokemon team is currently 3/6. I am looking for 3 more Shiny EV Trained Pokemon to fill up the last spots.

Also, I'm leaving on Monday for 6 weeks, so I wanna get some battles done. Therefore, please respond ASAP! :)

Please post in the Quick Trade thread if you're not opening a Shop. Lots of people there have Shinies if you offer the right stuff, so just ask.
