3rd Gen Looking for the best him slaves in both fire red and emerald ?

Hey guys and girls !!

I got really bored of gen 7 changes so I'm replaying all the other gens. Since gen 4 on I can gen in hm slaves but for gen 3 I can't. So I'm looking for 2 or 3 mons that can cover all hm and field tms for fire red And emerald . the earlier I can get them the better .

Any help is appreciated

Emerald: Linoone (evolves from Zigzagoon). Can learn cut, surf, strength, and rock smash.
Fire Red: Krabby. Can learn all HM's apart from fly.
