While I'm here, I'm gonna give you a Modest Phione that I was checking the IVs of. While this one has very good speed, It's Sp. Atk wasn't as high as I was hoping for. Do you want me to nickname this guy so you can train him if you need to?

I'm very happy, cos both that Togepi and a Porygon I was checking have 31 Sp. Atk and 30 Speed. ^^

wicked... those guys are gonna hurt people in battle. The Phione's ok... don't have to nickname it, I've got a Timid Manaphy with flawless speed (makes me happy)... lol.

I see where you're bugging.... it's untouched in EVs and EXP... I taught it Bolt\Beam and CM and maxed out the PP to be nice. and yes, the Ray is Modest... its special movepool is better than its physical IMO... I've battled with my Modest before and I think it works really good.

if there's something appealing, go for it, if you need a competitive battling pokemon, check out my EV blanks, need help breeding, got a lot of different ditto natures.
